Ester’s Treats are prepared with the highest quality organic ingredients. We are dedicated to using only natural ingredients with no hydrogenated oils, GMO products, or trans-fats. Local and seasonal ingredients are used whenever possible. We use organic spelt flour and organic evaporated cane juice in our baked goods. Unlike any scone you have ever tried, our scones are super rich and moist. They are made with organic local buttermilk and organic unsalted butter. We even make an amazing chocolate chip vegan scone.  We also offer a savory scone made with local, organic seasonal vegetables. Scones are made with any of the following fillings (depending on what is seasonally available):

Blueberry, raspberry, cherry, strawberry, cranberry, blackberry, apple, pear, rhubarb, chocolate chips or nuts

Decadent Chocolate Cake or Vanilla Cake- the chocolate and vanilla cakes are sweetened only with maple syrup and can be paired with the following frostings and fillings:

Chocolate, Vanilla, Peanut Butter Frosting

Raspberry or Strawberry fresh fruit filling ($5 extra)

Carrot Cake- overflowing with carrots, raisins, walnuts and coconut and frosted with a cream cheese frosting

Hummingbird Cake- a classic Southern cake filled with bananas, pineapple and pecans and frosted with a cream cheese frosting (non-vegan)
